Children and Extra Guests

  • Please note that children are not permitted unless being served.
  • No additional individuals should accompany you to services unless being served.
  • We trust our clients will understand this is for the consideration of our operations and guests' overall experience.

Gift Cards

  • Please be reminded gift cards must be on hand in order to redeem a service or services.
  • Our gift cards are issued based on a unique number that will be used when presented to our spa receptionist.
  • Be mindful of the expiry date that is presented on your gift certificate to ensure timely bookings.

Cell Phone Usage

  • Phones should be in silent mode or off once in the spa.
  • Telephone conversations are prohibited as we aim to maintain a quiet zone for total relaxation purposes.

Volume

  • We do encourage consideration for our quiet zones and encourage you to be mindful of the volume you use within treatment rooms and relaxation lounge area.

Deposits

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for the booking of multiple services.
  • In addition, if a guest's appointment history shows cancellations and no-shows, a 50% non-refundable deposit will be required to be paid.
  • All deposits must be paid at least two working days prior to the appointment date.

No Product Returns / No Refunds

  • We do not accept product returns.
  • No refunds are issued for services rendered.

Appointment Punctuality and Cancellations

  • Guests are encouraged to arrive about 15 minutes prior to their treatment time.
  • In unforeseen occurrences, a 10-minute grace period is provided from the starting time of your appointment.
  • The services of late arrivals will be adjusted according to the time remaining, or should you exceed your grace period, you will be provided with an opportunity to reschedule.
  • Appointments canceled with less than 24-hour notice may be subjected to a 50% cancellation fee.
